LEIP Advocates

Advocates build connections and grow awareness about LEIP and Supplier Diversity. They are strong champions of LEIP-Certified participants, and strive to create opportunity connections between LEIP and Corporate Supporters.

LEIP relies on its Advocates to continuously represent the organization throughout their tenure and to educate others about the value of advocacy by sharing success stories and best practices. The Advocates are an invaluable resource for Corporate and Government Supporters.

Advocates are:

• Educators – Educate others about the benefits of having a robust supplier LEIP program as part of their diversity program, the value of certification and the advantages of doing business with LEIP-Certified Peoples.

• Facilitators – Increase outreach and opportunities and work to improve coordination between LEIP constituents and Supporters

• Motivators – Motivate and drive LEIP to be innovative and nimble in delivering goods and services that enhance and serve Corporate Supporter organizations.

• Achievers – Maximize connections and help businesses achieve LEIP diversity program goals through communication of best practices and successes.

• Champions – Model a deep commitment to the LEIP Platform and promote growth and innovation in corporate diversity programs.
